Refunds accepted within 5 days after shipment

No returns or refunds after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

You pay return postage.

If you experience a factory defect, send it back and it will be replaced or repaired if within 21 days of receipt of merchandise.

Payment with PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.

Payment with credit card will either be credited back to your card or by check.
